KAXE Volunteers - Gary
Eustice
|
|
|
|
Gary Eustice is a native of southern
Minnesota. It was an accident of birth that
he was not a native Ranger as his heart
resides in northern Minnesota. His father
was the sheriff of Waseca County and playing
deputy was a part of his teen years. His
experiences working with the sheriff’s
office led to his decision to study
Sociology at St. John’s University in
Collegeville, Mn.
After
graduation he worked in corrections for
seven years before attending Mankato State
University where he earned an MS in
Community Counseling and became a licensed
psychologist. He has worked the last twenty
seven years in mental health. He has always
considered it a great privilege to share in
the lives of others.

Gary’s life
experiences have created in him a spirit of
social action. His music selections often
carry a message of hope and redemption.
Rather than voice his own opinions over the
air, he lets the music speak. Gary’s
selection of music runs from folk, to blues,
to singer/songwriters with a message. Gary
also likes a beat. |

|
Gary has been a KAXE
volunteer for 18 years. He has produced
shows, hosted Green Cheese and spun the
tunes that keep the northland dancing. |
