It's part 2 of our podcast on jobs.  This time Aaron and Chuck are looking at what increased productivity that was supposed to mean workers would have more time for learning or families or becoming entrepreneurs.  But automation and increased productivity often meant a loss of jobs and a change in community.

In the 2016 presidential election the candidates who spoke directly about jobs and job creation seemed to get the most votes. But what does that mean?  Will they live up to their promises?  Is there capital coming in and jobs that need to be done?  Or should the government have a hand in job creation?
