Bemidji's First Story Slam

Tricia Andrews

Headwaters School of Music and Arts planned a story slam that happened last night at Keg 'n' Cork in downtown Bemidji. Professional storyteller Laura Packer held a story telling workshop prior to the event preparing participants for what was to come.  We spoke with Tricia Andrews, the Executive Director of Headwaters School of Music and Arts on the morning show earlier this week.  She shed some light on the theme, how the day would unfold and what she hopes come out of the event.

Did you happen to attend the Story Slam?  We'd love to know what you thought about it!  Email your thoughts to comments@kaxe.org
